Customer reviews
Customer Review

We concentrated on short-termism when we chose to partner with Dubai Insurance, and that was to our detriment...the number of dissatisfied employees as a result of a nightmare claims process told us to move insurer.

The plans look acceptable and decent on paper - the practical reality of working with Dubai Insurance was not good.  They have a lot of room for improvement.

Expert verdict
Expert Assessment of Dubai Insurance

Dubai Insurance has been around for over 40 years, and is therefore an extremely well established company in the region. This stability allows the company to offer competitive prices, by increasing the premium based on market inflation. They’re especially competitive for companies with fewer than 100 employees with an average age of 35 or below.

Dubai Insurance has a comprehensive network on all plans, with even the basic plans offering access to the majority of the leading hospitals in the UAE.

On the downside, Dubai Insurance only offers 3 rigid plans. However, this is one of the factors that has enabled them to offer highly competitive prices.

There is significant room for improvement when it comes to their customer service, as members are often passed to different contact people, especially during escalations, and there is no accountability leading to frustrating and lengthy resolution.
