Experience
Andrew joined AES in 2025, bringing nearly eight years of commercial experience at Marsh Commercial across the UAE and Scotland, where he worked with businesses of all sizes to assess their insurance needs and structure the right solutions. Before that, he spent three years at Add Energy developing client relationships across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. What runs through all of it is the same thing: a straightforward, no-jargon approach to understanding what a business actually needs - and making sure they get it.
