Craig Norrey

Overview

Director at AES Health, Craig is a Chartered Insurance Broker with over 13 years’ experience in the UAE health and protection market. He built his expertise through rigorous professional study, winning the Barbara Smith Memorial Award for the most outstanding ACII candidate overall. He now helps businesses and families across the region access the right cover, with a philosophy rooted firmly in prevention over cure. 

Experience

Craig began his career in medical insurance at Lifecare International, where he developed expertise in claims analysis, policy structuring and client service. He then joined AES, before broadening his experience as MEA Regional Manager at Allianz Care, working with individual, SME and mid-corporate clients across the Middle East.
He later returned to AES, bringing a broader perspective shaped by experience across both adviser and insurer environments. A Chartered Insurance Broker, Craig built his technical knowledge through the Chartered Insurance Institute, progressing to Advanced Diploma level and receiving the Barbara Smith Memorial Award for the most outstanding ACII candidate overall. His approach is rooted in the belief that the right cover, informed by a proper understanding of health risks and prevention, can make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
