Managing Director of AES Employee Benefits, Damien has spent nearly a decade helping HR leaders and CEOs across the region do something most brokers never attempt: build healthcare strategies that genuinely put people first. Experience
Damien spent eight years at Aviva in Dublin before moving to Dubai as Medical Sales Director at Lifecare International, where he developed deep expertise in corporate health and group medical insurance. He joined AES in 2016 and has led the Employee Benefits division ever since, building it into one of the most trusted employee benefits practices in the UAE. His clients - which include major regional and international businesses - choose him not because he makes things easy, but because he tells them what they need to hear. He is currently Chairperson of the Irish Business Network Dubai and has been featured in Gulf News, Construction Week, Law Magazine and the Associated Press.
