As Operations MD, Pippa has spent nearly 18 years ensuring that a firm with global ambitions runs with the precision and discipline that clients deserve. With a career rooted in financial services and a reputation for operational excellence, she brings the strategic clarity and integrative thinking needed to keep every part of AES - from compliance and finance to technology and people - moving in the same direction.

Experience

Pippa joined AES in 2007 and has shaped the firm's operational infrastructure ever since. Before AES, she spent time at Mindshare, one of the world's leading media agencies, where she was involved in all aspects of media planning and buying, and prior to that held VP Administration and Student Affairs roles at KCSU. A graduate of King's College London with a BSc in Biomedical Science, she brings the same evidence-based rigour to running operations that AES applies to financial advice. Her focus at AES has always been the same: making sure that what is promised to clients is delivered without exception.
