How are AES's advisers or consultants paid, and does it affect their advice?

On the financial life management side, AES is fee-only. Financial Life Managers are paid for advice rather than commission on products, supporting independent advice and the firm's fiduciary standard. For employers, Employee Benefits Consultants focus on building the right long-term workforce strategy rather than transactions. The model is designed to keep the team's interests aligned with the client's.

How do I choose the right person to speak to at AES?

If you're an individual or family looking to manage wealth, retirement, investments or cross-border finances, a Financial Life Manager is the right person to speak to.
