AES International has kick-started a new graduate training programme with the hire of three top-tier graduates from leading British universities.
These graduates are to commence a two year training programme which will see them inducted into international financial advice, with the option of becoming a fully qualified Private Client Adviser by the end of their syllabus.
John Viney, chief operating officer of AES International, said: “We are passionate about journeying with our newest partners. They are already injecting fresh energy and dynamism into a profession that builds lasting careers, caters to the sophisticated needs of clients, and develops graduates in to finely-tuned, highly skilled, fully qualified Private Client Advisers.
“We feel it is integral within the financial advice arena, especially in overseas markets where the level of advice can be pretty poor, to attract talent of this calibre. Financial advice is a profession and so it is important it should be treated as such with the recruitment of individuals with high class honours and Master’s degrees.
“Much like City law firms who are able to cherry-pick the talent they want from leading universities, international advice companies are beginning to recognise that our profession is a very attractive prospect for many graduates. Businesses are learning that the greatest secret to success is helping these individuals become successful and fulfilled straight out of university.”
The latest three graduates, who were selected from more than 330 who applied for the roles, will be joined by three more before the end of the year.
AES International has already begun the recruitment process to select the future front-runners of our profession for next year. They plan to repeat this process quarterly from September 2015 onwards.
