Multi-jurisdictional financial advice firm AES International has been described as a ‘role model organisation’ by Investors in People, who have awarded the UK plc their coveted Champion status. As AES joins the top 1% of all IiP-accredited businesses, this latest accolade provides external verification that the organisation delivers on its promises to advisers.
John Telfer, Managing Director of the organisation that delivers IiP to the London area, commented ‘this outstanding achievement makes AES International one of the best Investors in People in the country. Being invited to become a Champion is an honour only bestowed upon organisations at the top of their game, and proves that AES International really has the advice and techniques to offer other companies that are trying to reach their potential’.
As a Champion firm, AES International will act as ambassadors for Investors in People, inspiring other organisations by sharing advice on how developing people can lead to improved business performance. The award follows a period of sustained success for the organisation, having been named in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 as the fastest-growing UK financial services firm for 2011 and 2012, and the fourth fastest-growing business in the UK for 2012.
AES Chief Financial Officer Pippa Miller, who has implemented the scheme within the organisation, commented ‘we are delighted to have been awarded this prestigious honour. Over the past few years we have worked hard to support and develop our people, sharing their successes and taking great pride in their achievements. To be named as a Champion firm demonstrates the depth of quality that AES possesses within our organisation’.
