We’re impressed with Generali as they’ve only been in the UAE for two years and have managed to obtain a large client base. As they’re new, they offer highly competitive rates - however this might be subject to increase soon. On the first year of renewal, the increase was below the medical inflation of 9.5%, which represents great value for an international insurer.
Generali’s customer service is exceptional as they’ve invested a significant amount of time and money into their partner, MedNet. They have a dedicated team at MedNet that deal purely with Generali clients. They currently cater to small-medium businesses with 10-100 employees.
We’ve received excellent positive feedback from all our Generali clients and therefore are very satisfied with their insurance plans for employees in small-medium businesses in UAE, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The MedNet app is user-friendly and accepts out of network claims that are generally processed within 5-10 working days. Other large providers generally take 15 working days at minimum to process claims.
The modular product offering allows clients to build a plan that best suits them with options to include high limits for dental and fertility treatments.
